Winterhaven
ICCED was awarded $550,000 through CDBG Grant 12-CDBG-8394, funded by HCD, for improvements to the Winterhaven water and sewer systems. In addition to the amount awarded, the Winterhaven Water District financed the engineering of the project. Improvements funded through this grant include recoating the existing water tanks, replacing twelve (12) fire hydrants, and making repairs to the lift station among others.
